Join Brant Community Healthcare System as a Registered Practical Nurse in the Integrated Stroke Unit. This role focuses on patient care, assessment, and rehabilitation within a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you'll report to the Clinical Manager and provide comprehensive nursing care to stroke patients. With a focus on Neuroscience and Rehabilitation, this role requires a minimum of one year of related experience, excellent assessment skills, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stroke patients

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certification required
