At SOAR, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, inclusive, and innovative care since 1968. As a vital member of our Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services Team, you will enhance client recovery through comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will play a crucial role in client transitions back to the community through follow-up services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive mental health and addictions assessments
• Develop individualized care and treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications, including OAT
• Monitor withdrawal and medication responses
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
Requirements:
• NP in good standing with the CNO
• Bachelor of Nursing + Nurse Practitioner designation
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Current BCLS/CPR certification
• Resilience in trauma-exposed environments
Utilize your expertise in assessment and addiction care to make a significant impact at SOAR.
