The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) – Team Lead. This role is a vital part of our Withdrawal Management & Treatment Services (WMTS) team; combining direct clinical nursing care with on-shift leadership and team support in a bed-based withdrawal management and treatment setting.

The RPN Team Lead plays a key role in fostering high-quality, safe, and consistent practice. Acting as a clinical and team resource, the Team Lead supports staff in complex situations, promotes best practices, reinforces policies and leadership direction, and helps ensure smooth team functioning.

This position is ideal for an experienced RPN who is looking to take on some leadership responsibilities while remaining actively engaged in clinical care.

This program offers meaningful, relationship-based care with a smaller number of clients, greater professional autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact in an underserved area of healthcare. You will work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on safe, compassionate, and evidence-informed care throughout the client’s treatment journey.
