In this role, you will be responsible for nursing interventions that protect and promote health among individuals and communities. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to plan, execute, and assess public health initiatives. The position emphasizes advocacy for health policy change and innovative strategies to support community well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing interventions for community health preservation
• Collaborate on program planning and evaluations with teams
• Advocate for necessary health policy changes
• Facilitate healthy living through innovative health strategies
• Assess community health needs through collaboration
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with public health focus
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Strong background in community assessment and health strategies
• Ability to work inclusively with diverse clients
• Valid immunization status as per organizational standards
