SOAR Community Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to enhance their Withdrawal Management & Treatment Services. This position entails offering direct nursing care in a supportive, bed-based setting. With a focus on safe and evidence-based protocols, you'll play a key role in managing withdrawal symptoms and ensuring quality client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in withdrawal management setting

• Conduct comprehensive client intake assessments

• Monitor and document withdrawal symptoms diligently

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

• Support medication reconciliation and maintain EMR records

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• RPN Diploma from recognized program

• Clinical experience in addictions or mental health

• Strong knowledge of CNO Standards of Practice

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
