Become a key player in providing impactful nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse with SOAR Community Services in Brantford, ON. This Full-Time position emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration in treating clients in withdrawal management.
As an RPN in this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver thorough nursing services tailored to client needs. Your responsibilities will include detailed assessments and symptom monitoring, all aimed at nurturing a safe treatment environment. With fewer clients per case, you'll have the opportunity to form meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer direct nursing care in bed-based settings
• Complete comprehensive client assessments
• Monitor and document symptoms based on protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and partners
• Participate in discharge planning efforts
Requirements:
• Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Diploma from an accredited RPN program
• Experience related to addictions preferred
• Strong understanding of CNO Standards of Practice
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
