This role offers the chance to develop skills across three hospital floors while providing exceptional patient care.

At BCHS, you'll be part of the largest clinical team in the hospital with a focus on acute care needs. Working alongside RNs and PSWs, this position assures a collaborative environment to enhance your professional capabilities. You'll experience diverse patient interactions and play a key role in the hospitalist-led care model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients on Medical B6, B7, and B8

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Document and manage patient assessments and care plans

• Participate in ongoing education and skill development

• Enhance patient experience through exceptional communication

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited college nursing program

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 2 years experience in a medical/surgical setting

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
