Elevate community care as a Full Time Registered Practical Nurse Supervisor at SOAR in Brantford, Ontario. Lead the Withdrawal Management program with a focus on staff support and client recovery.
As an integral part of SOAR’s team, you will oversee a supportive environment contributing to mental health and addictions treatment. This role demands strong leadership, operational supervision, and collaboration, while ensuring high-quality services. You will coach staff, implement individualized support plans, and monitor compliance with healthcare protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to CNO Standards of Practice
• Provide administrative supervision to RPN and interdisciplinary staff
• Develop individualized support and transition plans
• Liaise with community partners for client care
• Monitor data quality and support program improvements
Requirements:
• Registration in Good Standing with CNO
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in addictions or mental health
• Skills in leadership and coaching
• Proof of valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Access to reliable transportation
