As part of our dedicated Critical Care Unit, you'll report to the Clinical Manager and be pivotal in delivering safe and effective patient services.
Your role will demand strong critical thinking and multitasking skills as you work alongside various healthcare professionals. Together, we strive to enhance patient outcomes and maintain high nursing standards in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care within the Critical Care Unit
• Support the Critical Care Response Team effectively
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Instruct and educate patients and their families
• Manage interventions for emergencies effectively
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing program graduate
• Minimum one year of Critical Care experience
• Valid BCLS and ACLS certifications
• Critical Care Certificate or equivalent in progress
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
