Position: Full-Time RPN with SOAR Community Services
Join SOAR Community Services in Brantford, ON, as a Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse. This role focuses on withdrawal management, offering essential support and treatment to clients.

As a member of the Withdrawal Management & Treatment Services team, you'll provide vital care within a caring and collaborative environment. You'll engage in client assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of withdrawal symptoms, all while maintaining a focus on compassionate, evidence-based practices. This role allows for professional growth with less direct stress due to a smaller workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client intake assessments

• Monitor withdrawal symptoms using established protocols

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

• Administer medications and maintain accurate EMR records

• Liaise with external partners for continuity of care

Requirements:

• Good standing registration with Ontario’s College of Nurses

• RPN Diploma from an accredited institution

• Experience in mental health or addictions preferred

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification

• Access to reliable transportation
