Bayshore Healthcare seeks registered nurses for casual, call-out overnight shift visits. The work includes rotating availability and a range of clinical skills, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching. As primary care planner, you provide holistic care, teach and delegate tasks, and support clients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care during client visits
Travel throughout Brantford and surrounding Brant County areas
Apply palliative, pediatric, wound care, and intravenous therapy skills
Teach and delegate tasks to staff and family members
Plan holistic care as the primary care planner
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Current registration with the provincial licensing body
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Clear vulnerable sector background check and negative TB test
