Position: Nuclear Quality Manager at Genesis Metalworks
Join Genesis Metalworks Inc. as a Quality Manager for the new N299 Program. Lead quality enhancements and ensure compliance in the nuclear manufacturing sector with a focus on continuous improvement.

This full-time position entails managing the N299-compliant Quality Assurance Program while actively overseeing the enhancement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. You'll be responsible for leading audits, implementing quality processes, and training employees on nuclear standards. This role requires a strong background in quality management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a CSA N299-compliant Quality Assurance Program

• Ensure ongoing ISO 9001:2015 compliance and improvement

• Control quality inspection and testing processes

• Direct non-conformance processes and reporting

• Foster a culture of quality through training initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable field

• 7+ years in quality management within manufacturing

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and CSA N299

• Experience with audits and nuclear quality compliance

• Preferred experience in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing
