Join Germiphene Corporation, a Young Innovations company, as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. This critical role focuses on leading quality assurance initiatives and compliance efforts in a dental pharmaceutical environment.

In this position, you will report to the Quality Manager and oversee all aspects of the Quality Management System. Your hands-on leadership will involve conducting investigations, analyzing trends, and authoring necessary SOPs. Mentoring junior staff and guiding quality documentation will be key to ensuring robust compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead thorough investigations on deviations and product complaints

• Author and update SOPs to maintain quality standards

• Conduct comprehensive Annual Product Quality Reviews

• Supervise the quality team and manage performance

• Analyze complaint trends and propose improvements

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant scientific field

• Five or more years in quality assurance roles

• Experience with investigation and CAPA management

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GMP and ISO

• Proficiency in electronic quality management systems
