At Piller's Fine Foods, we are looking for a Quality Supervisor with SQF Practitioner qualifications. You’ll lead the Quality team while managing safety, quality, and sanitation programs. This role demands strong leadership skills, an understanding of food safety standards, and the ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor employees and conduct performance reviews

• Develop and maintain the SQF system

• Lead HACCP and food safety teams

• Ensure compliance with quality standards

• Conduct sanitation audits across all shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC within food manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong IT proficiency in Word and Excel

• Excellent decision-making and communication skills
