Position: Michaels Store Replenishment Associate
Join Michaels in Brantford, Ontario, as a Store Replenishment Associate. Deliver friendly service, facilitate checkouts, and maintain store appearance while assisting customers with products.

In this position, you will engage customers, assist with omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup In Store, and ensure effective recovery of products. You will take part in stock processes and educate customers about our Rewards program, enhancing their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers in navigating the store and finding products

• Provide quick and efficient checkout services with cash handling

• Promote the Rewards program and help enroll customers

• Participate in merchandise recovery and store maintenance

• Execute stock unloading and organization duties

Requirements:

• Background in retail and/or customer service preferred

• Strong ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting

• Excellent interpersonal skills for positive customer interactions

• Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
