Canna Cabana is actively hiring part-time Shift Leaders to assist in managing store operations and enhancing customer engagement. This role demands strong leadership and sales skills, as you will be responsible for modeling behavior to other associates and maintaining operational excellence. You'll be pivotal in resolving customer concerns and upholding company standards during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and guiding store staff

• Lead customer service initiatives and resolve issues

• Maintain inventory and sales accountability

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Assist with staffing level assessments as required

Requirements:

• Cann Sell certification required to operate

• Minimum of 2 years in retail, cannabis experience preferred

• Strong skills in sales and customer service necessary

• Must pass a police background check

• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
