• Collaborate with District Supervisor on store strategies

• Train and onboard new and current employees

• Take action on performance issues with support

• Handle administrative and operational duties as needed

• Process incoming shipments and manage returns

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in retail management

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in visual merchandising

• Strong ability to assess and develop talent

• Ability to delegate tasks and manage stress
