Deliver customer service through accurate stocking, merchandise signing, and safe store operations as a Stocking 1 Team Associate at Walmart Canada in Orillia.
This Stocking 1 Team Associate reviews assigned store workloads and completes stocking activities based on operational functions. The work includes locating merchandise, promoting products and services, and supporting customer purchase decisions. Associates also maintain modular integrity, shelf capacity, and Customer Availability Process activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and assist with merchandise decisions
- Review workload for assigned store areas
- Stock picks and new merchandise accurately
- Sign merchandise and maintain shelf capacity
- Prepare backroom for stock unloading
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to use required fixtures, supplies, and tools
- Ability to follow Company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
Support Walmart Canada customers through stocking, merchandise accuracy, workload planning, and safe operations at the Orillia location.
