Cosmetics Customer Service Associate
Deliver exceptional customer service in Walmart’s Cosmetics department while supporting salesfloor operations and product guidance in Parry Sound, Ontario. Help customers find merchandise and make informed purchases.
As a Health and Beauty Team Associate, you will promote products, resolve customer issues, and maintain an inviting salesfloor. You will stock and rotate merchandise, create displays, manage pricing, and support claims and returns. The position also includes securing merchandise, identifying high shrink items, completing documentation, and referring appropriate transactions to a Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
- Promote products and help customers make purchase decisions
- Stock, rotate, price, and display Cosmetics merchandise
- Resolve issues and refer concerns to management appropriately
- Process claims, returns, paperwork, logs, and documentation
