Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Brantford, ON, with partial work‑from‑home flexibility. The Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies, support existing clients, and identify potential leads to grow client relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the business’s growth while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales experience, client relationship management, and lead generation abilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and developing sales presentations
  • Proven organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and travel as necessary
  • Experience in industrial or heavy equipment sales is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
