Join Province Electric Supply as a Counter Sales Representative and bring your customer service skills to the GTA region. Assist customers in-store, via phone, and through email every day.
As a full-time Counter Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the sales team at Province Electric Supply. Your responsibilities will include order entry, sales lead tracking, and providing exceptional customer service. With a focus on electrical products, you'll support Account Managers and help maintain our comprehensive customer database.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers at the counter and through various channels
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and quotes
• Manage customer service requests efficiently
• Provide technical support for electrical products
• Track project progress and communicate updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
• 2+ years of electrical product knowledge essential
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented mindset
