As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers online, by phone, and in person through vehicle purchases. You will explain vehicle performance, applications, and financing while helping customers select suitable options. The role requires customer-facing experience, relationship building, and a consistent focus on satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet showroom customers and support a professional sales environment
- Present vehicles through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walkthroughs
- Explain vehicle applications, performance, and financing options
- Negotiate payment terms while following dealership standards
- Maintain customer records and pursue repeat business
- Three or more years of customer-facing experience
- Valid Canadian driver's licence and acceptable driver's abstract
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
