Become a Tactical Security Guard with Garda World in Brantford, Ontario, where your observational skills and physical abilities will help secure critical locations. This casual position offers flexible scheduling and a $20.60 hourly wage.
As a Tactical Security Guard, you will patrol various environments, including government buildings and sports facilities.
Your role will be pivotal in controlling access and responding to threats, making a significant impact on community safety. Employment includes full support for ongoing training through Garda World Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol designated areas to spot suspicious activities
• Check IDs and regulate access to secure zones
• Respond rapidly to security incidents and maintain records
• Ensure alarms and cameras are fully operational
• Partner with law enforcement when necessary
Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Valid security license required for this role
• First aid certification is necessary
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts
• Must pass the Advanced Use of Force Training Course
