Shape security operations as a Surveillance Supervisor at Great Canadian. Oversee Surveillance Officers and ensure compliance while fostering a safe work environment.

Under the Manager of Surveillance, you will monitor daily surveillance activities and maintain security through closed-circuit television systems. This role demands strong supervision skills, adherence to company protocols, and effective communication with all departments. Supervise and motivate your team while ensuring a compliant and secure atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the activities of Surveillance Officers daily

• Document and report violations and security incidents

• Prepare daily reports and securely store records

• Perform maintenance on surveillance equipment

• Train and onboard new surveillance staff

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum 2 years of surveillance or security experience

• At least 1 year in a supervisory role

• Responsible liquor service certification needed

• Ability to obtain a Gaming License
