Mobile Tactical Security Supervisor

Lead security operations as a Mobile Tactical Security Supervisor with Garda World in Brantford, Ontario. Ensure safety through effective team supervision and vigilant patrolling across various environments.

As a Supervisor in Security Services, you will oversee a large team, managing multiple locations and responding to incidents promptly. Your skills in risk assessment, observation, and communication will be critical in maintaining secure environments. This role includes a full-time schedule with a rotational shift covering day and night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas to identify suspicious activities

• Control access by verifying identification for secure zones

• Document actions taken in response to incidents

• Check and ensure all alarm systems and cameras function properly

• Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Valid security license and first aid certification

• Full G driver's license with a clean abstract

• Minimum one year supervising security teams

• Willingness to complete an advanced Use of Force course
