Position: Night Shift Caseworker Position Available
Become a Key Part-Time Caseworker at the Brantford Booth Centre, where you'll serve men in transitional housing. This role demands effective communication and problem-solving skills during overnight shifts.

As a part-time Caseworker, you will work 15 hours weekly, specifically on Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm to 7am. Your responsibilities include conducting client assessments, maintaining a caseload, and providing counselling and support. Working closely with your supervisor will enhance client resource connections and service efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough intake and assessments for clients

• Manage an active caseload with timely interventions

• Assist in crisis situations and document incidents

• Create partnerships with community resources

• Support front desk team and respond to client issues

Requirements:

• Educational background in Social Service or related fields

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with socially disadvantaged individuals

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
