This full-time role involves developing employment opportunities while providing training needs assessments and case management. You will facilitate workshops, manage Service Plans, and collaborate closely with local training providers and employers to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored employment opportunities for diverse clients

• Conduct assessments and manage cases effectively

• Create and implement personalized Service Plans

• Facilitate engaging workshops for job seekers

• Monitor client employment retention over 365 days

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Human/Social Services or Business needed

• Minimum 1 year experience in a related role

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with databases

• Reliable transportation for necessary travel

• Capable of managing exposure to vicarious trauma
