Akkodis is looking for a Java Developer skilled in logistics technology to support the Procter & Gamble project in Canada. Get involved in deployment, optimization, and training to ensure success.
As a WCS/R&D Engineer, you will participate in on-site software deployment, troubleshooting, and development. This contract role requires a strong Java background, particularly in Spring Boot and MyBatis, to create and enhance logistics solutions. Your expertise will help bridge teams and facilitate efficient integration across various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle WCS deployment and user training on-site
• Develop core modules using Java, Spring Boot, and My Batis
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
• Document implementation and operation processes
• Optimize algorithms for improved warehouse efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of Java experience
• Familiarity with WCS/WMS and automation technology
• Proficient in Linux and independent deployment skills
• Strong communication and readiness for on-site work
