Our priority is to make sure we hire professional customer service representatives that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a Dispatcher with us, your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
* Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution.
* Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests.
* Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.##
** What we need from you as a Dispatcher:
*** 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment.
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
* Experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to pass all pre-hire verifications.##
