Position: Warehouse Distribution Supervisor | 70K Yearly Salary
A full-time opportunity is available for a Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to lead operations and support team development in a dynamic distribution environment Location:
Brantford, ONT

Day shift BENEFITS AFTER 3 MONTHS: medical, dental, and vision (75% paid by employer, 25% by employee)

Main tasks of the Warehouse Distribution Supervisor
  • Lead and supervise warehouse and inventory control staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Oversee the receipt storage handling and redistribution of containers and products
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently to move store and organize inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory records shipment documentation and tracking systems
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols company policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Train mentor and develop warehouse employees to boost performance and productivity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and cost-effectiveness
  • Perform other related duties to support branch goals
  • Requirements for the Warehouse Distribution Supervisor
  • College degree in business supply chain logistics or related field or equivalent of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role within distribution warehouse operations or inventory management
  • Strong leadership communication and team-building abilities
  • Proven skills in scheduling priority-setting and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems WMS and inventory control tools
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and ongoing improvement
