Position: Warehouse Distribution Supervisor | 70K Yearly Salary
A full-time opportunity is available for a
Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to lead operations and support
team development in a dynamic distribution environment
Location:
Brantford, ONT Day shift BENEFITS AFTER 3 MONTHS: medical, dental, and vision (75% paid by employer, 25% by employee)

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader focused on continuous improvement Main tasks of the Warehouse Distribution SupervisorLead and supervise warehouse and inventory control staff to ensure smooth daily operationsOversee the receipt storage handling and redistribution of containers and productsOperate equipment safely and efficiently to move store and organize inventoryMaintain accurate inventory records shipment documentation and tracking systemsEnsure compliance with warehouse safety protocols company policies and regulatory standardsCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiencyAddress customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levelsTrain mentor and develop warehouse employees to boost performance and productivityIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and cost-effectivenessPerform other related duties to support branch goalsRequirements for the Warehouse Distribution SupervisorCollege degree in business supply chain logistics or related field or equivalent of 10 years of relevant experienceMinimum of 4 years in a supervisory role within distribution warehouse operations or inventory managementStrong leadership communication and team-building abilitiesProven skills in scheduling priority-setting and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environmentsProficiency with warehouse management systems WMS and inventory control toolsAbility to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyStrong commitment to workplace safety and ongoing improvement
