Overview
We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Warehouse Supervisor in Brantford, Ontario. This is a strong opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys building structure, driving accountability, and supporting smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse staff performance while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency across the operation.
Dailyresponsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock investigations as required
- Oversee warehouse organization, storage practices, and material flow to maximize efficiency and space utilization
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food safety requirements, GMPs, and company procedures
- Coordinate with production, quality, customer service, and transportation teams to support operational priorities
- Investigate and resolve shipping, inventory, and material handling issues in a timely manner
- Support employee training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes, efficiency, and service levels
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to inventory, shipments, staffing, and operational performance
- Ensure equipment such as forklifts and pallet handling equipment are used safely and properly
- 7+ years of supervisory experience within a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Strong background in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy
- Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs, inventory practices, and material flow
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
- Valid forklift experience and strong knowledge of safe material handling practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support operational priorities
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
