• Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safe work practices and a thorough understanding of stop work authority and safety culture.
• Apply 5S principles with discipline, maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards that support hazard recognition, risk mitigation, and effective workplace inspections.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, any other necessary tools. In-house training provided.
• Follow work instructions, verbal instructions, and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use warehouse management, inventory, and shipping software systems.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when selecting shipping methods, following packaging guidelines, and meeting any special shipping requirements.
• Actively participate in the cycle count program to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, work effectively in a team environment, and apply active listening, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to support operational goals.

• Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effectively work well with other workers, be flexible, maintain good listening and communication skills, both verbal and written, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to lift up to 40lbs
• Willingness to work overtime after hours/on weekends
• Willingness to undergo a background check

• Experience working within a warehouse environment is an asset

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary/pay range for this role is $21.25, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
