Night Logistics Shift Supervisor

Lead safe, productive night logistics operations onsite with expertise in warehouse coordination, team leadership, and operational compliance. Travel to the UK for training is required.
As Logistics Shift Supervisor, you support the Operations Manager and deputize during absences. You lead warehouse and logistics operatives, coordinate resources, and maintain standards across incoming goods, outgoing goods, and internal requirements. The role emphasizes safety, hygiene, housekeeping, accurate documentation, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shift resources, work allocation, and employee breaks
Maintain oversight during loading, unloading, and warehouse activities
Coach employees and coordinate compliant operational training
Resolve delivery discrepancies and warehouse space constraints
Recommend process improvements and maintain audit readiness
Requirements:
Ability to lead warehouse and logistics operatives
Understanding of health, safety, and site requirements
Ability to use required protective equipment
Capability to report hazards, incidents, and near misses
Willingness to travel to the UK for training
