Lead Legal Counsel - North Americas

Overview

Reporting to the global CLO of Koki Holdings Co. Ltd, the Lead Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal support and assistance to Koki Holdings America’s operations and for working with the global team to ensure consistency with global legal standards and procedures. This position will have a broad range of legal responsibilities, with a particular focus on contracts and other commercial and supply chain matters to include marketing and product support;

assessing, tracking, and monitoring of product liability issues as well as litigation management; advising on employment matters; maintaining compliance and sustainability standards; and developing and conducting training to the business.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of broad-based legal experience working on commercial matters as well a breadth of skills to support internal business units. This includes assessing and managing business and legal risks; understanding regulatory and compliance issues in manufacturing and distribution; and a track record of providing value added business advice in addition to legal advice in dispute resolution matters.

Braselton Georgia in a hybrid work environment consisting of 1-2 days per week.
