• Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $50.00/hr.
• Starting pay ranges from $20.00/hr to $41.00/hr based on years of experience and ASE certifications.
• Productivity bonus up to $16.00/hr produced per hour.
• Automatic pay increases every six months and at each annual milestone.
• Quarterly incentives from Subaru of America training program and for fixing the vehicle right the first time.

• Experienced automotive technician with knowledge of Subaru, Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevrolet, and related manufacturers.
• ASE certifications are required; if not certified, the company will pay for testing and provide automatic pay increases per certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Concerned about performing jobs right the first time and being productive.
