Your Role as an Oral Surgeon

• Deliver advanced surgical treatments, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw procedures
• Provide thorough consultations and treatment plans with a focus on patient comfort and education
• Collaborate with our dentists and referral network to ensure continuity of care
• Employ minimally invasive surgical techniques supported by CBCT and digital workflows
• Lead with compassion, professionalism, and a patient-first approach

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Board Certification or eligibility in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Active Vermont dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong surgical skillset and a passion for delivering patient-centered care
• Ability to collaborate within a multi-specialty, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation - 40-50% of collections at a 98% collection rate, with daily minimums available during ramp-up
