What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality care across preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced procedures
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all practice standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Vermont dental license, or eligibility to obtain
  • 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required - new grads are welcome to apply
  • Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
  • A team-player mentality and desire to contribute to a positive, productive office culture
