Position Overview

A leading healthcare organization in southern Vermont is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus in Hand or Foot & Ankle Surgery to join a well-established and collaborative Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with a focus on hand or foot & ankle conditions
• Evaluate and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal disorders
• Perform surgical procedures using advanced robotic-assisted technology
• Manage outpatient clinical care and participate in scheduled surgical blocks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, PAs, and clinical staff
• Participate in a shared call rotation (1:4) with PA first-call coverage
• Utilize the EMR system (Cerner Community Works) for clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Fellowship training or specialization in Hand Surgery or Foot & Ankle Surgery preferred
• Active or eligible Vermont medical license
• Clean malpractice history
• CPR, BLS, and DEA required prior to start
• Eligible for credentialing and hospital privileges
