Family Practice - OB Physician

• Provide outpatient care in family medicine or internal medicine to adult and pediatric patients.
• Manage an average daily patient load of 14 in a clinic setting.
• Complete administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in an on-call phone rotation (1:11) to support patient care after hours.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient environment.
• Maintain certifications and licensure as required for clinical practice.
• Contribute to succession planning efforts for the practice's long-term stability.
• Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour.
• Not open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another position.

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine;
  Internal Medicine is also accepted.
• If board eligible, kindly state date of graduation.
• DEA certification.
• BLS certification.
• Clean malpractice history.
• Most recent NPDB Self Query report (within 30 days active).
• Active Vermont License (must be obtained prior to start).

• Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or committed to obtaining before start).
• BLS.
