Lead Preschool Teacher-

Are you looking for a place where you can collaborate with our teachers and get back to the basics of making a real difference in the lives of children and families?

Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in early childhood education or a related field. Bachelors preferred.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a center-based early childhood setting. Prior experience as a supervisor.

Job duties include supervising teachers and supporting curriculum implementation using the Creative Curriculum framework, Vermont Learning Standards, and Head Start School Readiness Goals. Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, Vermont Licensing Regulations and NAEYC Accreditation is also beneficial.

All candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team. We offer competitive salaries, an excellent benefit package, and ongoing professional development

Hourly rate - $27.00-$29.76.
