About the role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Westinghouse Inspection Services, Nuclear Field Services group, which performs Outage support services at operating and new construction nuclear power plants. The group focuses on reactor maintenance support, using robotic delivery systems and supporting visual inspections of plant systems.

You will report to the Manager of Remote Monitoring & AV Ops at our Brattleboro, NH location. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence at the plant 2-3 days per week. On onsite days, activities include collaboration, operational tasks, and plant presence to support team goals. Remote days offer flexibility for focused individual work.

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning: including authoring project plans, developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines.

Project implementation: assuming responsibility for contract profitability, acquiring team members, and executing the project plan.

Project closing: developing relationships with product line teams, customers, suppliers, in-country representatives (for international projects), and other team members to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field, or equivalent non-degreed technical experience in an industrial environment such as field service, nuclear, power plant, NDE, oil/gas, or construction.
5 years of project management experience, or 2 years of project management/supervisory experience plus 3+ years in a technical role in relevant industries.
Familiarity with PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge.
