The pay for this position is $22-$25 per hour.
$750 sign‑on bonus.
Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro‑rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year.

As a DSP, you will use your creativity and people skills to support individuals living with developmental disabilities to achieve their desired goals and grow their independence.

Qualifications- Experience working with individuals with co‑occurring autism and mental health challenges is critical.
- This position requires someone with a willingness to tolerate potentially disturbing narratives and verbal threats while displaying an unbiased perspective, emotional resilience, empathy, and patience.
- Flexibility, positive attitude, strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Desire to be part of an energetic team.
- Ability to collaborate with persons served, their families, and other important people in their life, and colleagues in a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or GED; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
