• Provide personal care and other supportive services to individuals in their homes.
• Assist patients to live with dignity and safety in an independent community setting by increasing the level of comfort and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Assist with assigned personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Provide temporary respite and relief from total care responsibilities for the primary caregiver.

• Must be licensed or license eligible in VT and NH
• Have reliable transportation and meet Agency requirements for vehicle insurance

High School or better.
