This role is based in Brattleboro, VT. The Processing Supervisor will report to the Processing Manager.

• Lead, train, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Implement and enforce safety programs and GMP compliance.
• Coordinate production run times, manage raw material flow, and schedule weekly work to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, planning, and other departments to meet production goals.
• Manage sanitation programs and oversee cleaning of production equipment.
• Monitor wastewater flow and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Execute quality assurance programs to prevent defects.
• Review time records and explain variances.

• High School Diploma required;
  Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, FSSC
  22000).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage production targets and operational needs.
• Understanding of milk components and dairy processing.

• Travel may be required occasionally.
