Shift and Sign‑On Bonus- 1st Shift: 3+ years experience – $1500
- 2nd Shift: 0–3 years experience – $1000
- 2nd Shift: 3+ years experience – $2000

Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Monday – Thursday 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Operate various types of machines, visually deburr parts, and assemble parts into assemblies under the direction of the Area Supervisor and/or Lead Person.
- Inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements.
- Use various measuring devices.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Use SPC to monitor process control and product conformance.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Perform preventative daily machine and workstation maintenance.
- Follow all safety requirements, including use of PPE when required.
- Ability to read and learn various types of measuring equipment.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Solid work history.
- Hand‑eye coordination is desired.
- Great attitude.
