Finishing Technician - 1st Shift

• 1st Shift: 3+ years experience – $1500
• 2nd Shift: 0–3 years experience – $1000
• 2nd Shift: 3+ years experience – $2000

Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Monday – Thursday 5:00 am – 3:30 pm

• Operate various types of machines, visually deburr parts, and assemble parts into assemblies under the direction of the Area Supervisor and/or Lead Person.
• Inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements.
• Use various measuring devices.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Use SPC to monitor process control and product conformance.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform preventative daily machine and workstation maintenance.
• Follow all safety requirements, including use of PPE when required.

• Ability to read and learn various types of measuring equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Solid work history.
• Hand‑eye coordination is desired.
• Great attitude.
