As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, monitor patient status, administer and adjust medications, collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and milieu staff, and implement individualized care plans designed to stabilize symptoms and promote recovery. You’ll lead de‑escalation and crisis intervention when needed and provide education to patients and families to support adherence and resilience.
