Sage Group Health Care Staffing is seeking Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for multiple travel/ contract positions in Brattleboro, VT. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:
Range $2500 to $2700 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Behavioralhealth unit, Adolescent and Children unit

Hours;
Days, 7.00a – 7.30p
Schedule: 36hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend and someon-call
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: 2years
- Required - Recent/Current Psychiatric or Behavioral health nursing: 2 years – Required
- Experience with Adolescent and Child patient population
- Required - At least 3successfully completed travel or local contract assignments
- Required - Covid Vaccinated –Required
- Covid Vaccination Booster (must be willing to get if not already vaccinated) – Required
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or an equivalent– Required
- BSN or an equivalent– Highly preferred
- RN License for Stateof VT or Compact
- Required(Facility will pend VT license, can apply upon offer) - CPI Certification orsimilar – Preferred
- BLS Certification fromAHA
- Required
Job Description:
- Provide all aspects of Psychiatric Nursing care for patients in assignedbehavioral health unit/s. (Adolescent and Child units)
- Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.
- Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.
Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care. - Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders.
- Prepares,administers, and records medications in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications.
- Records information concisely, accurately and completely.
