Lactalis USA is hiring a Lab Manager in Brattleboro, VT. You will lead plant laboratory operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic quality control leadership to support production. The role reports to the Manager, Quality.
Requirements include an associate degree (bachelor preferred), 3+ years leading teams, and 5+ years in a lab setting with strong GMP knowledge. Travel may be occasional; extended hours possible.
