Our managers provide vision and mentorship to bakery team members; ensure a pleasant neighborhood experience to all customers; and lead their bakery to achieve or exceed financial results.

The Assistant Manager’s Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Support the General Manger and team members in all aspects of daily bakery operations
- Assist in the Hiring, training, and development of a highly productive bakery team
- Optimize profits and sales in the bakery
- Ensure a safe work environment for team members and guests
- Complete administrative paperwork, daily planning, implementing in-house marketing plans, and maintaining adequate inventories
- Participate in planning and preparing the delivery of the freshest, highest quality bagels, coffee and other products
- Maintain store cleanliness, service, sanitation and safety
- Provide regular development and coaching to new and experienced team members
- Demonstrate a commitment to carry out local store marketing plans
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment
- Have previous supervisory experience
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time
- A desire and willingness to learn
