Circle K invites applicants to join our Dummerston, VT store as a Team Member in a part‑time, customer‑service role. The position supports a fast‑paced, fun environment and offers growth opportunities.

Shift Availability: Days – Evenings

Job Type: Part time

Hourly Rate: $14.01 – $15.00 per hour

• Greet customers and manage checkout operations.
• Provide purchase suggestions and promote the food program.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside.
• Deliver fast, friendly service to all customers.
• Ensure regular, predictable onsite attendance.

• Selling products to customers.
• Delivering excellent customer care.
• Communicating and building friendly conversations.
• Working quickly while maintaining enjoyment.
• Collaborating as a team to achieve daily goals.
• Developing creative solutions to problems.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashier experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
